I read in Kaieteur News, Sunday, March 27 on page 9 that NIS were looking for prospective investment opportunities. Would they please advise if the closing date of April 8th is correct or if this has been advertised previously, as it would not be possible for any serious potential source to prepare papers of this magnitude in 8 working days.
