(Jamaica Gleaner) The government is proposing to spend approximately J$580 billion for this fiscal year.
That’s less than the J$808 billion that was approved in a Supplementary Estimates for the last fiscal year.
The Estimates of Expenditure was tabled in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon.
The Estimates show a total planned expenditure of J$579.93 billion.
