Agricola Red Triangle’s poor run of form continued in the Stag Beer sponsored East Bank Football Association (EBFA) First Division League as they went down to Mocha Champs 5-2 yesterday at the Grove Community ground.
Andell Anthony led the victors with a hat-trick in the 40th, 59th and 62nd minutes while Tishawn Lewis bagged a brace in the 35th and 36th minutes. On target in the loss were Brian Price and Egbert Nedd in the 66th and 67th minutes respectively.
With the the result, Mocha Champs remain in the sixth spot but move onto six points. For the loser, they remain in the fifth position on six points. Soesdyke Falcons defeated Diamond United via walkover to move onto the third position with nine points.
On the other hand, Diamond remain at the bottom of the standings pointless. Action in the event is slated to continue at the same venue on Sunday May 1st with another doubleheader.
