I refer to Mr Christopher Ram’s letter in the Sunday Stabroek of 8th May, addressed to Mr Jerome Khan, in which he invites Mr Khan to comment on the role of President Granger in the context of Article 24 of the Lease Agreement between the Government and Ogle Airport Inc. Mr Ram, of course, appeared at a NATA press conference as their lawyer.
It may be useful to your readers to know that Ogle Airport Inc is in full compliance with all the requirements of Article 24, none of which have anything to do with the President.
