Dear Editor,
While the Western Union outlets countrywide make it easy for the different types of payment, sometimes this is not always so. Many commuters around the vicinity would utilize their lunch period to run across and transact their business and be back to work.
I am one of those who usually takes advantage of the lunch period to do little payments. I was very disappointed at the one at Diamond G3 building because when I went there the security guard closed the grill gate and informed the customers that it was lunch time.
Could management examine the matter and work out a system so both the commuter and the worker would not be disadvantaged?
Yours faithfully,
