The final round of the Hand-in-Hand Under-19 limited overs Inter-County cricket competition will resume tomorrow at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, a release from the Guyana Cricket Board has stated.
According to the release the final round of the competition which was put on hold due to inclement weather will restart tomorrow with Demerara playing the Under-17s.
On Saturday, Berbice and Essequibo will square off with the winners of the two matches meeting each other on Sunday.
All matches are expected to bowl off at 9:30hrs.
The squads are as follows:
Demerara: Travis Persaud (captain), Ronaldo Alimohamed (vice-captain), Ronaldo Renee, Raymond Perez, Sherfane Rutherford, Vishwanauth Ramlakhan, Malcom Hubbard, Ramnarine Chatura, Kelvin Shewpersaud, Romain Muniram, Darshan Persaud, Ershad Ali, Samuel McKenzie, Keshram Shabodan, and Gavin Boodwah. The Coach is Clive Grimmond and the Manager is Omar Hussain.
Essequibo: Keemo Paul (captain), Sachin Persaud (vice-captain), Akinie Adams, Looknauth Chinkoo, Siddiq Mohamed, Leslie Allen, Nathan Persaud, Jonathan Fernandes, Travay Wolfe, Dwayne Thomas, Satesh Lachana, Mark Williams, Reaz Khan, and Miguel Jones. The Coach is Nandkishure Andrews and the Manager is Forbes Daniels.
