An expeditor was yesterday released on $300,000 bail after he denied causing another man’s death due to dangerous driving.
Timur Mohammed, 26, appeared in traffic court before Magistrate Renita Singh, where he was read the charge alleging that on May 15th, at Church and Light streets, he drove a car in a manner dangerous to the public, resulting in the death of Jermaine McLean.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Mohammed was granted bail by the magistrate, who adjourned the matter to June 10th.
