Dear Editor,
Homestretch Avenue is a critical artery in the morning commute of workers. With Independence celebrations approaching, and very similar to what happened with Republic celebrations, this artery is closed off so that practice or other activities could be carried out at the D’ Urban Park site. Is this really necessary at 7:30 in the morning when workers are trying to get to work? Could the Square of the Revolution or the southern side of D’Urban Park not be used?
Yours faithfully,
