Former Auditor General Anand Goolsarran is launching his third book `Governance, Transparency and Accountability’ tomorrow under the auspices of Transparency Institute Guyana Inc.
The event is to be held at the Pegasus Hotel at 5 pm and President David Granger has been invited to speak. Also among the expected speakers is Professor Clive Thomas who wrote the foreword. The public is invited.
Goolsarran, a public financial management consultant, said that the book launch is his contribution to the 50th Independence Anniversary celebrations.
