Dear Editor,
I do not know what is the solution to the problems of the WICB. It is clear, though, that if the organization could not seize the opportunity presented by three world championships to heal wounds and propel the game forward in the region, there must be some intractable structural and/or psychological obstacles that defy conventional dispute resolution.
I sincerely hope that the Antiguan prime minister`s decision to dissent from the views of the other Caricom members has nothing to do with the location of the organization`s head office in Antigua.
Yours faithfully,
Romain Pitt
