I refer to a letter published in Stabroek News on February 29, 2016, captioned ‘Noise nuisance from car,’ and wish to inform you that the matter was investigated by the Office of Professional Responsibility, and Ramanand Shivraj was charged for the offence of noise nuisance.
He appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates Court 1 and pleaded guilty and was fined ten thousand dollars.
The area would be monitored by patrols.
