The heart-wrenching story of the horrible tree-felling accident, where the little dying child calls for “Mama” must have stirred others in some way.
A fund should be started to help give some comfort to the mother and family, and I will pledge to give ten thousand dollars. Money isn’t everything, but a cash donation from many strangers to aid with the creature comforts will also help comfort the mother by understanding that so many unknown persons share her grief and wish her well while thinking of her at this distressing time.
It also adds cohesion and unity to our people, showing that we all care.
