The national U-19 rugby players must win today to keep their hopes alive in the Rugby Americas North (RAN) U19 Championships currently under way in Miami, Florida.
After a 24-9 defeat at the hands of Jamaica on Sunday, the local ruggers play a must win game against the Bahamian outfit to play Jamaica again in the trophy finals. Today’s game kicks off at 14:30hrs.
The annual 2016 RAN Superweek started last Saturday and features 23 matches, 14 teams and a variety of administrative and educational events to further develop rugby in the region. Both the men’s U19 championships and the inaugural women’s 10-a-side tournament will be played and streamed live throughout the week.
