Fitness fans get ready, Fitness Paradise’s annual Gym Expo is set for tonight at 19:00hrs at the Ramada Princess.
This year’s event will see the largest contingent of females on stage as six ladies take the stage to vie for the coveted Miss Expo Best Legs and Miss Expo Bikini titles. The ladies have taken the training for this event very seriously and have trained and dieted their physiques down to their best stage-ready appearance.
According to a release, all of the ladies will be making their debut on the bodybuilding stage, although two boasts previous modeling experience.
The release went on to state that all of the females training for the Miss Expo Best Legs and the Miss Expo Bikini has been a baptism by fire; months of disciplined hours in the gym, months of restraint at the dining table and months of sacrifice in terms of night-time leisure activities.
The audience at the Ramada Princess will be guaranteed a most entertaining evening as Delice Adonis, Addis Castello, Adiola Frank, Xamara Kippins, Sharon Mohan and Vanessa Small don their posing suits and flex with grace and elegance on Sunday night.
Kavita Ganpat, winner of the GABBFF Miss Bikini 2016 title will be making a guest appearance.
