Dear Editor,
The names selected for the Public Procurement Commission are astonishing. Nothing will ever change in this country. The commission will contain persons who are members or strong supporters of the PPP/C and PNCR. The objective persons, Christopher Ram and Anand Goolsarran were excluded. There are no objective persons on the commission. Another nail in the coffin of this failed state named Guyana. Apparently there is no room for new and objective persons.
