Police say they are investigating a Robbery Under Arms committed on three Japanese Nationals and taxi driver Abdool Rahim, 38 years, of Canal No. 2, WBD, which occurred about 1310h. on Tuesday August 09, 2016, at Ogle Seawall, ECD, of two video cameras valued $560,000, one laptop valued $300,000, $820,000 cash GC, four cellular phones valued $300,000 and twenty three video tapes valued $106,000.
The victims who are holiday, were sightseeing when they were pounced upon by three males armed with handguns, who relieved them of the articles and escaped in a motor car without any registration number plate.
Police yesterday arrested a female with one of the stolen articles. She is assisting with the investigation.
