Former presidents Bharrat Jagdeo and Donald Ramotar were last evening part of a panel at a public forum organized by the People’s Progressive Party (PPP).The forum dealt with the topics: Militarizing of the State, Discrimination, Victimization, Witch-Hunting and Intimidation and was held at the Sleep-In Hotel on Brickdam.
