This year’s top Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) performer is Fatima Karim of St Rose’s High. Karim who sat 20 subjects was awarded 19 Grade ones and 1 Grade two.
Speaking with Stabroek News, Karim said that while she expected to do well, the news that she is this year’s top performer is “a pleasant surprise.”
