The membership of the People’s National Con-gress Reform (PNCR) has increased by over 50% since the APNU+AFC coalition, of which the party is a major partner, won last year’s general elections.
According to PNCR General Secretary Oscar Clarke, the party’s membership climbed by more than 4,000, from about 6,000 to over 10,000, since the elections victory.
“In terms of the membership, membership of the party has been increasing since we got into government. It’s over 10,000. It has moved from 6,000 to over 10,000,” Clarke told a news conference yesterday.
