A stint at the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) was meaningful and rewarding for the more than 100 students from various schools in the city who participated in the Work-Study Attachment 2016, a release from the GRA said today.The programme ended on Friday, August 26, with an appreciation ceremony that included the distribution of certificates of participation and words of encouragement.Commissioner-General of the GRA Godfrey Statia was in attendance to bid farewell and extend best wishes to the students. He made mention of Daniel Deonarine of Saint Stanislaus and Omallia Thorington of The Bishops’ High who were assigned to his office during the period and became good acquaintances.
