Over 1,000 children, from across six locations, were the beneficiaries of free dental care, haircuts and school supplies and were treated to a day of fun at the Cultural Centre on Thursday, as part of Digicel Guyana’s Back-to-School Fun Fair. The deals of the day were back-to-school kits as well as cash and vouchers, valid for use at the Austin’s Book Store and at Giftland Mall. The beneficiaries of this venture, the first of its kind to be hosted by Digicel, were residents of Georgetown, Timehri, Hararuni, Mahaica Berbice and Tuschen.
