A 15-year-old boy was among two persons who were charged yesterday with stealing an ATV valued over $3 million.
The teen was charged alongside Robert Higgins with stealing the $3.2 million ATV belonging to Edna De Jesus De Santos, on September 3 at the Port Kaituma Waterfront, North West District.
Both defendants pleaded not guilty to the charge and they were granted $50,000 bail by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
They are expected to make their next court appearance on November 2 at the Matthew’s Ridge Magistrate’s Court.
