After being on the market for more than two years, the Guyana Office for Investment (Go-Invest) has stepped in to assist in getting the costly, modern building on the western side of Camp and Lamaha streets rented.
The owners are currently making construction modifications to suit the potential leasee.
“We have some interest from Go-Invest from a company that approached Go-Invest and we have some …at this point and time we can’t name the company but we are in the process of making some adjustments to suit their requirements,” owner of the property Neil Sukhlal told Stabroek News yesterday.
