A number of former national players will be in action this morning at the Georgetown Football Club Ground in a specially arranged match between two Masters football teams.
Former dynamic strikers Anthony Stanton and Deon Barnwell headline the list of past nationals who will be in action this morning from 10 am as the North Georgetown Masters football team opposes its South Georgetown counterparts.
In addition to the two former stalwarts, players such as Andrew Bright, Floyd `Running Man’ Cadogan, Rawl Jones, Terrence `Old Head’ Lewis, Jolyon Lewis, Chris Barnwell and Linden `Poison’ Boston will be in action in preparation for the upcoming inter sub-association football tournament in November/December.
The North Georgetown Masters team will come from Anthony Stanton, Frank Parris, Jolyon Lewis, Shawn O Neil, Dane Kendall, James Rodney, Malcolm Dalson, Stanford Miller, Sherwin Scott, Terrence Wills, Olea Pedro, Julian Benjamin, Seon McKenzie, Rolex Scott, Andre Trotz, Floyd Bowen, Floyd Cadogan and Linden (Poison) Boston.
The manager is Earl O’Neal.
The South Georgetown Masters team will come from Deon Barnwell, Chris Barnwell, Dirk Exeter, Shawn Jacobs, Andrew Bright, Troy Hermonstyne, Clancey Charles, Kelvin Leander, Wayne Williams, Chad Rodrigues, Terrence Muzo, Rawl Jones, Clayton McLeod, Terrence Lewis, Justin Bentick, James Turpin, Errol Solomon, Wayne Poulis, Lloyd Smith and Delroy Springer.
