Whose right of way?

Whose right of way? This lorry (right) was heading west, on Quamina Street last night when it hit this 44 mini bus which was heading south on Camp St. The lorry turned on its side at the corner of Camp and Quamina streets. Stabroek News learnt that no one was severely hurt.  The driver of the lorry GLL 8528, and the driver of the mini bus BSS 3069 butted heads over who had the right of way.
