Dear Editor,
I have a problem with GPL in that no meter reader comes to read the meter at my house, and every month the charges are being estimated. GPL normally indicates on the light bill on what days I could expect the meter reader to visit, but they don’t, and I am at home every day.
Yesterday I called the Customer Services Manager on 226-8325 as stated in the telephone directory, but got no response after several calls.
I do hope that by putting this letter in the paper, it would bring a wider attention at GPL and I get a response. My phone number is 220-2512.
