At the continuation of the Preliminary Inquiry (PI) into the murder charge against Clifton Gibson, Linton Eastman and Stancy Rodney, the men accused of killing Rubis accountant Jason Cort, the aunt of the deceased yesterday testified.
Evelyn Wayne took the stand before Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday. The PI will continue on November 28.
Cort died after being shot in his chest during the night of June 17, 2015 at his home at Meadow Brook Gardens.
