While Finance Minister Winston Jordan was delivering his budget today it was also being communicated by sign language under a Ministry of Finance initiative.
This was announced by Speaker of the House, Dr Barton Scotland after Jordan concluded his presentation this afternoon. He noted that this was a first in the country’s history.
