City Constabulary stretched to the limit

In light of the recent robbing and stabbing of a City Constabulary guard at the Merriman Mall Play Park, Chief Constable Andrew Foo in a comment, emphasized the dangers that criminal elements pose to not only regular citizenry, but to those designated to protect as well.

He noted too that the entity is particularly vulnerable at current, as they are stretched to capacity in some areas and have had to bring in external help.

Sixty-five-year-old Ragland Williams serves as an example as he is one in a batch of guards who were brought on by the Council to man specific areas.
