A Matthews Ridge resident who is accused of attempting to break and enter another man’s house, was granted self-bail yesterday by the Chief Magistrate, after he denied the offence.
Luguard Class, 25, of Station Street, Matthews Ridge, yesterday pleaded not guilty to a charge which stated that on December 31, 2016, at Matthews Ridge, he allegedly attempted to break and enter the house of Calvin Kellman. The charge was read to Class by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
Police Prosecutor Deniro Jones had no objections to the accused being granted bail since he resides next to the Police Station in Matthews Ridge.
