Dear Editor,
There is a workshop opposite the secondary school in Sixth Street Cummings Lodge where numerous derelict vehicles are parked on the state reserves, which is an eyesore. The owner of the workshop seems to have no respect for the city laws or the neighbours. I have noticed that the officials of M&CC have taken a serious position on this issue, with several areas being cleared, even in response to a recent letter in your newspaper. They must be commended for their actions, and I do hope that the current situation in Cummings Lodge can also be dealt with.
I have attached a picture taken on January 22, 2017 that shows the present state of the area. I sincerely hope that the relevant authorities can arrange to fix this problem urgently.
Yours faithfully,
