Man gets three years in jail over Houston fatal accident

Andrew Aulder, who was charged with causing the death of another man, was yesterday sentenced to three years in jail after being found guilty.

Aulder, 58, of Lot 616 West Ruimveldt, was charged with driving his vehicle in a dangerous manner and causing the death of Dinesh Bissoon on March 6th, 2016, at the Houston Access Road.

Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, during her ruling yesterday, told the court that she took into consideration all of the prosecution’s witnesses, including Nathaniel Prince, who knew the defendant and was also at the scene when the accident occurred.
