A twenty-nine-year-old farmer and his 18-year-old reputed wife were on Friday evening arrested by ranks of the Guyana Police Force who conducted a search of their Moco-Moco Village home, Region Nine and found three kilogrammes of cannabis.
About 18:30 hrs, the lawmen having received information of illegal activities being conducted at the premises, acted promptly and found the illegal substance in a salt bag, a release from the police said. The two persons are being processed for court.
