The Alliance For Change has made undisclosed monetary donations to four persons who suffered significant losses in a recent conflagration in Kitty, Georgetown.
A release from the AFC said that the party made the donations as part of its AFC Cares programme. The four recipients are Faudia Sarwan, Richard Singh, Kurt Lachish and Althea Soloman.
The donations were presented by AFC Leader Raphael Trotman at the party’s Centre For Change headquarters, also located in Kitty.
Trotman expressed sadness at the losses suffered in the early morning fire at the corner of Sandy Babb and Owen streets which left ten persons homeless.
