Waiting two months for landline to be fixed

Dear Editor,

Two months have passed since a report was made to GTT that my landline phone was not operating properly.

On the last report I was given the reference number 1902951 and subsequently was informed that when the GTT vehicle was in the area, the phone would be looked after. This general information suggests that GTT does not have an operational scheme that can state within how many days, months or years a defective phone will be restored to a functional mode.

I am looking for a way out of this predicament since I also am linked to GTT’s Internet service.
