Kit Nascimento’s Public Communications Consultants Limited (PCCL) has concluded its contract with Smart City Solutions Inc. (SCSI) as of yesterday.
PCCL made the announcement yesterday in a brief statement, while advising that all media queries should be directed to SCSI’s office.
