Cops find human remains at Mibicuri

Police this morning have found what appears to be human remains buried in a yard at Mibicuri north, Black Bush Polder, Corentyne, Berbice.
Last evening police received a confession from Sunildat Balack, 45, that he had murdered his wife, Lilwantie Balack, 39, and buried her at the back of their home at Lot 117 Mibicuri north, Black Bush Polder. Investigators this morning began digging the spot identified by the suspect.
Commander of ‘B’ Division Ian Amsterdam confirmed to Stabroek News at the scene that police have found what appears to be human remains.
Investigators are continuing to dig, as more is expected to be discovered.
