Ince-Carvalhal continued his meteoric rise in the sport as, he overcame Rebecca Low in four games 9 – 11, 11 – 9, 11 – 8, 11 – 3. On the other hand, Makeda Harding crushed Maya Collins 11 – 3, 11 – 7, 11 – 4. Meanwhile, Carpenter dismissed Sarah Lewis 11 – 8, 11 – 6, 11 – 5.
In Category-C, Madison Fernandes bested Lucas Jonas 11 – 7, 11 – 5, 15 – 13 while Dominic Collins defeated Jason Gomes 11 – 8, 11 – 9, 11 – 4 and Abosaide Cadogan edged Aliyah Persaud 12 – 14, 11 – 7, 11 – 4, 11 – 5
In Category-D, Zachary Persaud overcame Haley Carpenter 11 – 7, 12 – 10, 11 – 4 and Mohyryan Baksh crushed Nathan Rahaman 11 – 2, 11 – 2, 11 – 3 while Osmond Mack defeated Beau Fernandes 11 – 7, 8 – 11, 11 – 9 and Teija Edwards brushed aside Isabella Ramjohn 11 – 4, 11 – 6 in Category-F.
In Group-G, Angel Rahim defeated Lucas Persaud 11 – 9, 16 – 14 while Aishani Persaud defeated Rayden Persaud 11 – 6, 11 – 6, Dhiren Persaud edged Rayad Boyce 11 – 8, 10 – 12, 14 – 12 and Lucas Persaud defeated Rayden Persaud 9 – 11, 11 – 2, 11 – 7.
In Category-H, Joshua Verway downed Grant Fernandes 11 – 1, 11 – 2 and Noah Rahaman beat Christiana Fernandes 14 – 12, 5 – 11, 11 – 8. The event resumes today at the same venue from 18:00hrs.
