The Ministry of Public Infrastructure yesterday said the ongoing works at the Kitty Seawall are moving apace and the first phase of works is scheduled for completion by mid-May. Works are 20% completed and thus far the Carifesta Avenue leg of the culvert has been removed. Work has begun on its reconstruction.
