School of the Nations secured wins in the U19 and girls divisions respectively when the National Schools Basketball Festival (NSBF) Regional Conference continued Monday at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, Homestretch Avenue.
In the U19 section, School of the Nations defeated Adult Education 26-18. Corey Graham top scored with eight points and 10 rebounds for School of the Nations while Patrick Stewart added eight points and grabbed as many rebounds. Lindon Dorway netted four points and pulled in four rebounds.
For Adult Education, Shamar Keiler scored five points and grabbed five rebounds.
In the girls division, School of the Nations defeated St. Joseph’s High 18-8. Georgiana Vyphius recorded a double-double of 16 points, 13 rebounds and seven steals.
For St Joseph’s High, Deslyn Leitch scored six points and grabbed three rebounds.
In the U16 section, Bishops’ High edged St. Joseph’s 32-30. Royden Glasgow had 11 points, two rebounds and two steals while Shamar Greaves added nine points and five rebounds.
For St Joseph’s, Shaquawn Gill bagged 10 points, five steals and three rebounds while Elian Young supported with nine points and six rebounds.
