“I would like to thank my lecturer, Mr. Jason Duport, for his role in helping me to receive this award. The programme has had a significant impact on my work performance, and I look forward to pursuing the other ABE levels,” she was quoted as saying in the release.

The Business School recently held an award ceremony for Carew, who was presented with a trophy. The Business School Director James Bovell said, “It is not every day that a Guyanese student receive a top paper award from among candidates worldwide and Ms. Cathryn Carew should be proud of being the recipient of this award.”

The ABE is an internationally-recognised educational body operating for over 40 years in over 100 countries, including Guyana.
