The Rising Sun Turf Club, in collaboration with the Guyana Association of Women Police, will hold a one-day horse racing meet on June 25 at Rising Sun, Village, West Coast Berbice.
According to the conditions of the event, should there be less than five horses in a race, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the said event or reduce the prize money.
Owners of horses must pay at least $5,000 for each horse at the time of entry or the horse would not be permitted to run should the owners fail to comply.
Five horses must start before the third prize is paid while seven horse must start before a fourth prize is paid out.
Entries close June 19 and no late entry will be accepted.
