Foods for fitness

This week we will continue to look at nutrition, exploring some foods which will fuel your workouts and along with the exercises, aid in your fitness efforts. In my opinion, the best fat loss foods are not just foods that are healthy, but they must pass the following checklist:

(1) They must not be calorie dense (I have one exception).

(2) They must help fill you up.

(3) They should create only a small release of insulin.

(4) They should be easy to prepare.
