I apologise unequivocally for implicating Mr Yarde in the presentation made by the Vice-President of the GPSU, which I observed through my obviously blinkered vision of the TV programme.
Despite his physical absence, however, the schizophrenic status of the President, GPSU and the Chairman (ag) Public Service Commission remains – certainly in the view of the Commission of Inquiry into the Public Service.
Reading from those pages still applies.
