Colts grounded Eagles in the under-23 section, while Pacesetters downed Sonics in the 2nd Division, when the Georgetown Amateur Basketball Association (GABA) League Championship, continued on Wednesday at the Burnham Court at Carmichael and Middle streets.
Colts clipped Eagles 70-56. Timothy Thompson top scored with 27 points, while Ramone Fogenay chipped in with 26 points. Chipping in with 10 and five points were Ronaldo Niles and Jonathan Mangra, respectively.
For Eagles, Nickosie Allicock led the way with 16 points, while Travis Belgrave and Shamar Huntley followed closely with 14 and 13 points, respectively. Adding eight points was Kwesi Thompson.
