Sales Department secured their maiden Banks DIH Limited ‘Mike Pereira Inter-Department Domino Championship’, defeating Wholesale Liquor and Water Plant in the finale on Wednesday.
It was a dogged and determined performance from the Sales Department, who overturned the challenge by Wholesale Liquor, recording 77 games to their foe’s 72. Water Plant finished in the cellar with 58 games.
Sales Department collected nine cases of Guinness, the championship trophy, medals and branded jerseys.
Wholesale Liquor had to settle for nine cases of Banks Beer, the respective accolade and medals, while Water Plant pocketed nine cases of Shandy, a trophy and medals.
