I have a landline phone with the internet. Since June 2017 our phone has stopped working. I went and paid the reconnection fees, but after a week my phone still did not work.
I reported it to GTT. They said after 5 working days someone would come. The GTT employee came and found that a pole with the wire had fallen on a building shed, and trucks passing in and out had clipped the wire. The employee said a bigger crew would come and replant the pole and replace the line. Well, since June I have been waiting for my phone and internet. It may seem that GTT is taking on more than they can take off. Or biting off more than they can chew.
