Sixteen Police Officers from the Guyana Police Force (GPF) on Friday graduated from a ‘Capacity Building Training in Strategic Planning’ course at the GPF Training Centre, Camp Road. The training, DPI said, is a direct recommendation emanating from the Security Sector Reform Programme interim report submitted by Presidential Adviser on Security, Russell Combe.
