Guyanaโs oldest competing Powerlifter, Nairianjan Singh finished on the podium at the recently concluded NAPF North American Regional Bench Press Championships in Canada.
The 74-year old, Masters Four strongman earned a silver medal in the Master 4 category and a bronze in the Open Masters division. The US based Singhโs total was 254 pounds.
