A contract for $271 million has been awarded for the construction of a business incubator at the Lethem Industrial Estate in Region Nine.
According to the Ministry of the Presidency, the contract was awarded to Vishal Contracting Company. This contract was one of a series of contract awards that Cabinet has taken note of.
K and P Project Management Company also secured a $23.1 million contract for the supply and delivery of a water ambulance for East Berbice-Corentyne, while the Guyana National Printers Limited has secured a $24.6 million contract for the procurement of exercise books for national distribution.
Additionally, Memorex Enterprises was awarded a $23.3 million contract for the construction of a building with office space and living quarters for the Environmental Protection Agency at Whim, Corentyne.
